As an incorporated society we are required to keep a record of our members. This is kept in an off-line database.
Information on members will be made available only to committee members and Special Interest Group convenors for the orderly operation of the society.
Information on members will never be given to third party individuals or organisations unless required by law.
We may forward onto members an occasional notice that we think may be of interest to members.
